Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available either digitally via email or as a physical gift voucher. Postage costs will apply where a physical voucher is requested and not collected in person.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used towards online or in-person services.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

Appointments & Payment

All individual appointments are booked directly with me, either in person, by email or by phone. This does not include Development Circles or Workshops, which have their own booking arrangements via the website.

Payment is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment, unless agreed otherwise with me. If payment has not been received within this time, the appointment will be released and made available for someone else to book.

Cancellations

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment:

• More than 48 hours’ notice – any payment made will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

• 24–48 hours’ notice – 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance – the full appointment fee will be charged.

Appointments Paid for with Gift Vouchers

The same cancellation policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher. Where insufficient notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the appropriate value will be deducted from the voucher and cannot be reinstated.

As a small, independent business, appointments are reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments can make it difficult to offer that time to somebody else, so your understanding and consideration are very much appreciated.
